Special Orders
We do make special orders! To make it as easy as possible for everyone involved, we do have a few terms to lay out.
Once your order is totaled up, we require a 50% deposit. This helps us get the items in on our next order and allows us to reserve space to store the item(s). The additional 50% of the total will need to be paid at pick up.
Once your complete order arrives, we will contact you via phone call and email. From there, we will keep the order reserved for 7 days. Additional contact will be made on the 3rd, 6th, and final days if the order has not been picked up in that time. If 7 days has passed, and the order is not picked up, the item(s) will go on the retail floor to be sold on the 8th day, and half of your deposit will be refunded to you. The retained part of the deposit is our restocking/storage fee for the item(s).
